“O LORD, thou art my God; I will exalt thee, I will praise thy name; for thou hast done wonderful things; thy counsels of old are faithfulness and truth. For thou hast been a strength to the poor, a strength to the needy in his distress, a refuge from the storm, a shadow from the heat, when the blast of the terrible ones is as a storm against the wall.” Isaiah 25:1, 4
I missed posting yesterday due to the storms we were in yesterday evening and through the night.
We were under tornado watch for a few hours and a tornado watch for an hour or so. During the watch, we went to our church as it offered better protection than our house did.
It’s amazing how the storms are controlled by God, yet He will protect you through those storms.
God truly is a refuge through the storms of life! I don’t know where I would be if I had tried to navigate the storms of life on my own. I know that I’ve made it this far only because of what Christ has helped me through.
Find your shelter, find your refuge in the Lord!
