In this day and age, everyone is always rushing! Going from one meeting to the next, attending this appointment or that event. Their schedule is booked from sunup until sundown. Everyone is in a rush, every single day.
As a Christian, we shouldn’t get in such a rush everyday that we forget about God. We always forget to spend time with God everyday, yet we expect Him to make time for us when we need Him.
“Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth.” Psalms 46:10
We need to be still. We need to stop. We need to be silent. We need to let God move in us. We need to let God lead us. We need to let God talk to us.
Don’t get in such a rush everyday that you forget to make time to fellowship with God.
