Chapter 27: The Problem With Tomorrow
“Boast not thyself of to morrow; for thou knowest not what a day may bring forth.” Proverbs 27:1
Every one always has plans for tomorrow!
Tomorrow is the day that every one wants to start something new!
Tomorrow, everyone is always excited about what is going to happen tomorrow!
There is a problem though. No one knows what is really going to happen tomorrow.
All the planning, all the scheduling, all the preparation for tomorrow could be gone in an instant.
The problem with tomorrow is that we cannot control what happens tomorrow.
We do not know what will happen tomorrow. No matter how hard we try, we have no control over tomorrow.
What we do have control over is the present. Today. Right now.
The choices we make today will affect our future. So the best way to set your self up for success tomorrow is make the right choices today.
Don’t live life basing your future off of what you will do tomorrow. Live life basing your future off of what you do today!
Because the problem with tomorrow is that it is out of our control, make sure you are ready to face tomorrow no matter what the day brings.
The best way to face tomorrow is with Jesus Christ. If you do not know Him as your Saviour, today is the day to settle that! Tomorrow may bring tragedy and disaster in your life. Make sure you are ready to face what tomorrow has in store.
