I had a long, busy, fun-filled weekend. We celebrated my baby turning one on Friday! I spent some time thinking this past weekend about the blessing it is is to be a parent, to be a daddy! I am blessed with two beautiful little girls and I can’t even remember what life was like before they came along. I am thankful that I get the opportunity to raise two little girls and I pray that God would give me wisdom to be the father that they need in their life.
“Lo, children are an heritage of the Lord: and the fruit of the womb is his reward. As arrows are in the hand of a mighty man; so are children of the youth. Happy is the man that hath his quiver full of them: they shall not be ashamed, but they shall speak with enemies in the gate.” Psalms 127:3-5
We had a “One in a Melon” themed birthday party for Brynne. We enjoyed the fellowship of our friends and family as we celebrated Brynne’s birthday. Brynne enjoyed digging into and eating her smash cake! I hope you enjoy the pictures of the decorations and Brynne eating cake as much Brynne enjoyed eating cake!
