One of the first verses of the Bible that comes to mind when talking about putting the Lord first is Matthew 6:33. “But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.”
Whatever we do in life, we need to put God first. God will not let you down if you lift Him up, if you love Him and if you serve Him. When you lift God up, if you put Him first, He will bless you in your life.
