Promises vs. Problems

“Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.” 2 Peter 1:4

When all we do is look at our problems through our own eyes, we fail to see the promises that the Word of God contains concerning our problems.

For every problem, God has a promise. I have heard said before that there are 365 promises from God to us, in the Bible. That means there is a promise for every day. (My dad corrected me on this fact. There are 8,800 promises in the Bible and 365 fear nots. In that case there is roughly 24 promises for everyday. For any problem you go through, God has got you covered with a promise!)

God didn’t leave us to go through this life alone, He is here for us and He will take care of us.

When you are faced with problems, find a promise in God’s Word to bring light to your problem.
